موضوع الدراسة تحت عنوان " الإسكندر الأكبر في الفنون الأوربية والإسلامية" دراسة فنية مقارنة، وتتألف هذه الدراسة من مقدمة وتمهيد وأربعة فصول.
وتتناول المقدمة التعريف بالموضوع وأهميته وأسباب اختياره وإشكالية البحث وصعوباته، والمنهج الذى اتبعته الدراسة في البحث، وأهم الدراسات السابقة التي اعتمدت عليها الباحثة في دراستها، والتمهيد؛ ويشتمل على المصادر التاريخية والفنية لدراسة تاريخ الإسكندر، وإشكالية الإسكندر وذو القرنين في التاريخ القديم والحديث، وأهم المخطوطات التي تحدثت عن الإسكندرـ، وصورة الإسكندر في الفنون الإسلامية.
ويشتمل الفصل الأول على تصوير ولادة الإسكندر الأكبر ونشأته في العصرين اليوناني والرومانى، والفنون الأوربية، والفنون الإسلامية.
الفصل الثانى، ويتناول شخصية الإسكندر الأكبر وحياته في العصرين اليوناني والرومانى، والفنون الأوربية، والفنون الإسلامية، وزيجات الإسكندر الأكبر في العصرين اليوناني والرومانى، والفنون الأوربية، والفنون الإسلامية.
والفصل الثالث،ويتناول تولى الإسكندر الأكبر الحكم في العصرين اليوناني والرومانى، والفنون الأوربية، والفنون الإسلامية، وأهم حملات الإسكندر الأكبر في العصرين اليوناني والرومانى، والفنون الأوربية، والفنون الإسلامية.
والفصل الرابع،ويتناول وفاة الإسكندر الأكبر في العصرين اليونانى والرومانى، والفنون الأوربية، والفنون الإسلامية.

The subject of the study under the title "Alexander the Great in European and Islamic Arts" is a comparative artistic study. This study consists of an introduction, a preface, and four chapters.
