The study deals with an important topic related to the Egyptian role in human resource development and capacity building in Africa within the framework of the priorities of the African Agenda 2063, and was guided by the methodologies of systems analysis, role theory and some other research tools. The study is divided into an introduction, five chapters, a conclusion, and a list of references, The first chapter dealt with the theoretical conceptual framework of the study, through three sections, and the second chapter was devoted to examining the priorities of the African Union’s Agenda for African Development 2063 through three sections as well. The third chapter dealt with the determinants of the Egyptian role in human resource development and capacity building through three sections. The fourth chapter studies the aspects and areas of Egyptian support for Africa in resource development and capacity building through three sections, and the fifth chapter provides a general assessment of the Egyptian role and a future vision through two sections, The study ended with a conclusion that dealt with the most important results of the study, the possibilities of the future and the recommendations suggested by the researcher, then a list of the references that the researcher relied on in preparing the study.
