هذه الدراسة المستفيضة عن حياة الإمام الأكبر محمد بن عبد الله الخرشي ومنهجه وأثره في الفقه المالكي ومتأخري فقهاء المالكية ، يتبين أن الإمام الخرشي علم من أعلام الفقه المالكي نذر حياته للإفتاء والتدريس ، وتحمل الصعاب في سبيل نشر الدعوة والعلم ففي الباب التمهيدي تحدثت عن عصر الإمام الخرشي من مناحيه المختلفة كما تحدثت عن سيرته وطلبه للعلم وفي الباب الأول كان الحديث عن المنهج الأصولي والفقهي للإمام الخرشي وسمات منهجه الفقهي، وفي الباب الثاني تحدثت عن أثر الإمام الخرشي في المذهب المالكي ومتأخري فقهاء المالكية ، وقمت بدراسات في اختيارات الإمام الخرشي في بعض المسائل حتى يتبين مدى تطبيقه لأصوله والتزامه بها حيث عرضت بعض المسائل في أحكام العبادات والمعاملات والأسرة والبيوع والجنايات والحدود والأقضية ومسائل الوقف ، وبينت موقف الإمام الخرشي من هذه المسائل بعد عرضها وبيان مذاهب الفقهاء فيها وأدلتهم .

The Grand Imam,Muhammad Ibn Abdullah Alkhurshi,was named after his village Abu Kharash village,in Shoubrakhit city,in AlBuhaira Governorate,Egypt.
Imam AlKhurshi was one of the Maliki jurists. He was born in a year and a thousand and ten Hijri,and he died in the year one thousand one hundred and one of the Hijri.
Imam AlKhurshi learned literacy education,and memorized the Holly Qur’an in the village’s Kuttab. Then he joine Al Azhar AlSharif when he was young,and he studied Sharia sciences,the Arabic language،history,logic،and other sciences taught at AlAzhar by great sheikhs. Imam AlKhurshi spent decades learning science until he became the imam of his time and the sheikh of the Malikis in his time. That is why we find those who wrote his biographies,praising his abundant knowledge,and he taught Maliki jurisprudence for a long period during which he wrote many books. Imam AlKhurshi was a humble ascetic,theoretician,researcher of subtle meanings,the champion of the Maliki school of thought,and the imam of his time,and he studied for many of the Maliki jurists,as many students learned from his many books (on Maliki jurisprudence
