Summary: تهدف الرسالة إلى محاولة تحليل مؤشرات وأبعاد الصعود الصيني والهندي ومظاهره، سعيًا إلى معرفة مدى تأثير ذلك الصعود على شكل التفاعلات بين البلدين، وأثر ذلك على مجالات التعاون والتنافس فيما بينهما. وكيف أثر ذلك أيضًا الأوضاع الإقليمية في جنوب آسيا. وقد ركزت الدراسة على الفترة الممتدة من عام 2014 وحتى عام 2020، حيث شهدت هذه الفترة عدد من التحولات الاستراتيجية الهامة في التفاعلات بين الصين والهند، والتي أفرزت مجموعة من الفرص والتحديات التي أثرت بدورها على مسار التفاعلات بين البلدين سواء على المستوى الثنائي أو الإقليمي. وقد خلصت الرسالة إلى أنه يقع على عاتق البلدين العمل معًا على تقليص خلافاتهما والتخلص من عبء الماضي ودفع التقارب والتعاون بينهما إلى أعلى مستوياته.Summary: This thesis deals with the impact of the rise of China and India on the interactions between the two countries. The thesis focuses on the period from 2014 to 2020 in an effort to answer the main question: “What are the effects of the rise of China and India on the interactions between them, whether at the bilateral level or regional level?” In three chapters, the first chapter presents the dimensions and indicators of the rise of both China and India, namely, economic, military, technological and soft power. Then, it analyzes the differences between the dimensions of the rise between the two countries, explaining that the majority of the unified standards of state capacity show that the imbalance between the two countries is in favor of China. The second chapter deals with the implications of the rise of China and India on the bilateral interactions between them, pointing to the way that China and India see the other side and its rise, and the policy they follow based on this vision, and whether this vision is co-operative or competitive, or both, and its effect on the nature and course of bilateral interactions between the two countries.
