اهتمت هذه الرسالة بقضية الاعلام المصري والعلاقات المصرية الافريقية من خلال العنوان الرئيس لها وهو (تناول الإعلام م المصري لأزمة العلاقات المصرية مع دول حوض النيل - منذ عام2009م: دراسة تحليلية لعينة من الصحف والقنوات التلفزيونية ، حيث احتوت على ستة فصول اربعة منهم تناولت الجانب النظري وحملت عناوين الفصول محاور هامة تم طرحها ، حيث تناول الفصل الأول: إطارنظري حول دور وسائل الإعلام في قضايا السياسة الخارجية والامن القومي من خلال ثلاثة مباحث وهما كما يلى: تناول المبحث الاول نظرة عامة حول دورالإعلام وتطوره والياته وأدواته واخذ المبحث الثاني: مفهوم الإعلام كأحد أدوات السياسة الخارجية للدولة واهتم المبحث الثالث : الإعلام كأحد أدوات القوة الشاملة للدولة المصرية. وركز الفصل الثاني: قضية مياه النيل على مستوى الرأي العام المصريوالأفريقي من خلال ثلاثة مباحث وهما كما يلي تناول فيها المبحث الأول مفهوم الأمن المائيوعلاقته بقضايا الامن القومي وطرح المبحث الثاني رؤية الرأي العام المصري لقضية مياه النيل واهتم المبحث الثالث رؤية الرأي العام الأفريقي لقضية مياه النيل. وتطرق الفصل الثالث الى دور ومحددات السياسة الإعلامية المصرية تجاه أفريقيا، من خلال ثلاثة مباحث وهما كما يلي تناول فيها المبحث الأول: السياسة الخارجية المصرية تجاه أفريقيا وقضايا الأمن المائي وطرح المبحث الثاني: المحددات الإقليمية للسياسة الإعلامية المصرية في أفريقيا واهتم المبحث الثالث بمدى ارتباط السياسة الإعلامية المصرية بالسياسة الخارجية للدولة في أفريقيا وحول دور الإعلام المصريفي دعم وتطوير العلاقات المصرية الافريقية ، جاء الفصل الرابع من خلال ثلاثة مباحث وهما كما يلي تناول فيها المبحث الأول طبيعة مصالح مصر الحيوية في أفريقيا وارتباطها بالأمنالقومي، وتناول المبحث الثاني الإعلام المصري كأحد ادوات السياسية الخارجية في إدارة أزمة مياه النيل واهتم المبحث الثالث بمدى ارتباط السياسة الإعلامية بسياسة مصر تجاه أفريقيا بعد ثورة يونيو 2013م، وتناول كلا من المبحث الخامس والسادس: دراسة تحليلية لعينة من الصحف المصرية التي تناولت أزمة العلاقات المصرية مع دول حوض النيل حيث تناول من خلال ثلاثة مباحث عينة من الصحف المصرية لقضية مياه النيل وهما (الأهرام / المصري اليوم) وتم تحليل البيانات والخروج بنتائج التحليل لعينات الدراسة كما تم ذلك في الفصل السادس حيث تم عمل دراسة تحليلية لعينة من القنوات الفضائية المصرية التي تناولت قضية مياه النيل وقد تم اختيار عينة من القنوات الفضائية وهما : (القناة الفضائية المصرية - قناة النيل للأخبار) وتم تحليلالبيانات والخروجبنتائجالتحليل لعيناتالدراسة، حيث تم دعم الرسالة بالبيانات والخرائط والجداول والادوات المساعدة حيث تم الخروج بنتائج وتوصيات هامة لتوظيف الاعلام المصرى بكافة أنماطه وألياته المتعددة والمتنوعة كأحد الادوات الفاعلة والهامة لدعم العلاقات المصرية الافريقية بشكل عام ومع دول حوض النيل بشكل خاص .

This thesis is concerned with the issue of the Egyptian media and the Egyptian-African relations through its main title which is (The Egyptian Media Approach Towards the Egyptian-Nile Basin Countries Relation Crisis. Since 2009 AD: an analytical study of a sample of newspapers and television channels, which contained six chapters, four of them focused on the theoretical aspect. The titles of the chapters carried important themes that were put forward. where the first chapter dealt with a theoretical framework on the role of the media and issues of foreign policy and national security through three sections. The third topic was concerned with: the media as one of the tools of the comprehensive power of the Egyptian state.
The second chapter focused on the Nile water issue on the level of Egyptian and African public opinion through three sections, which are as follows. The first section dealt with the concept of water security and its relationship to national security issues, the second topic presented the Egyptian public opinion’s vision of the Nile water issue, and the third topic concerned the African public opinion’s vision of the Nile waters issue.
The third chapter dealt with the role and determinants of the Egyptian media policy towards Africa, through three sections, which are as follows, the foreign policy of the state in Africa on the role of the Egyptian media in supporting and developing Egyptian-African relations.
The fourth chapter came through three sections, which are as follows; The third topic is the extent to which media policy is related to Egypt’s policy towards Africa after the June 2013 revolution.
Both the fifth and sixth topics deals with an analytical study of a sample of Egyptian newspapers that dealt with the crisis of Egyptian relations with the Nile Basin countries. where the dealt, through three sections, a sample from the Egyptian newspapers of the Nile water issue, namely (Al-Ahram / Al-Massry Al-Youm), and the data was analyzed, and the results of the analysis came out for the study samples.
This was also done in the sixth chapter, where an analytical study was conducted for a sample of the Egyptian satellite channels that dealt with the issue of the Nile waters. The message included data, maps, tables, and auxiliary tools, where important results and recommendations were made to employ the media as one of the effective and important tools to support Egyptian-African relations.
