بعد الإنتهاء من البحث في موضوع ”المواجهة الجنائية لجرائم الاتجار بالبشر”, لاشك أنه قد وقر في يقين الباحث خطورة جريمة الاتجار بالبشر والتي تستهدف غالباً الشرائح الضعيفة من المجتمع وتستنفذ تلك الجريمة قواها, وتصيبها باضرار جسام وقد يصل الأمر بتلك الشرائح الي فقد حياة أفرادها وتكثف الدولة كافة جهودها لمكافحة تلك الظاهرة سواء داخل الدولة أو خارجها بالتعاون مع المنظمات الدولية وسائر دول العالم وتظهر هذه الجهود جلية من خلال الخطوات التي اتخذتها دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ومعظم الدول, ومن اهم تلك الخطوات سن تشريع خاص لمواجهة جرائم الاتجار بالبشر, وهو ما انتهجه المشرع الإماراتي والمشرع المصري, ومع التشريعات, بالإضافة إلى الانضمام إلى المعاهدات الدولية التي تكافح تلك الجريمة. فقد أصبحت جرائم الاتجار بالبشر تشكل خطراً وتهديداً حقيقياً لأمن المجتمعات واستقرارها, كما أنها تعد من العوائق التي تقف في سبيل تقدمها اضافة إلى أنها تعد من عوامل الهدم في بنيتها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والأمنية, فضلاً عن أنها تشكل تحديا حقيقياً لأجهزة الأمن بكافة دول العالم, الأمر الذي دعا المجتمع إلى مواجهتها والتصدي لها. وقد اظهرت الدراسة أن جرائم الاتجار بالبشر تنمو بمعدلات سريعة وتعد من اشد الظواهر الإجرامية بشاعة لأنها تمتهن كرامة الإنسان ولا سيما في صورها الحديثة, كما أوضحت الدراسة مفهوم الاتجار بالبشر في التشريعات المختلفة, واظهرت ماهية جرائم الاتجار بالبشر بوضع قانون مستقل لمكافحته, وضعت تلك القوانين نصب اعينها اتخاذ التدبيرات الكفيلة بالوقاية من هذه الجرائم ومحاربتها كما أوضحت الدراسة أهم مسببات الاتجار بالبشر والتي تمثلت في الأسباب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية, والفقر والحاجة وفساد الحكومات والاضرابات السياسية والعولمة

The study of the subject of criminal confrontation of human trafficking crimes was an attempt to alert the legislator to the seriousness of these crimes on the one hand, and to alert the community and warn them against falling into them, as the crimes of trafficking in persons are among the most dangerous criminal phenomena that have penetrated since ancient times and that have affected its evils, sins and repercussions since long time ago in many countries and various societies and continues to receive With its heavy shadows and negative repercussions, not only at the national level, but also at the international level, it can be described as a global phenomenon that infiltrates all parts of the globe and almost no country is devoid of it, whether poor or rich. The subject of the study was divided into an introductory chapter entitled: What are the crimes of human trafficking and its characteristics, and two main chapters, namely: Chapter One entitled: Confrontation Objective confrontation of human trafficking crimes. And after two chapters, the first chapter dealt with the forms of the crime of human trafficking and the reasons for its spread, and the second chapter: the elements of the crime of human trafficking and its punishment. As for the second chapter, it was titled: Procedural Confrontation for Human Trafficking Crimes, and it included two chapters: Chapter One: Procedural Confrontation and National Efforts for Human Trafficking Crimes. Chapter Two: International Efforts to Combat Human Trafficking Crimes.
