يتطلب الحفاظ على الميزان التجارى وتحقيق استقرار فى سعر صرف العملة المحلية أن يكون هناك تنسيق بين البنك المركزي كجهة مسئولة عن تنفيذ أهداف السياسة النقديـة ووزارة المالية المسئولة عن رسم وتنفيذ السياسة المالية، بالإضافة إلى دعم السياسة التجارية وسياسة سعر الصرف في إطار السياسة الاقتصادية العامة للدولة. لذلك، تناولت الدراسة قياس أثر التنسيق بين السياستين المالية والنقدية على الميزان التجارى المصرى، وذلك من خلال نموذج قياسى لتقدير أثر متغيرات السياستين على الميزان التجارى المصرى يشمل الفترة (1990-2019) ويحلل العلاقة بين السياسة النقدية ممثلة فى سعر صرف العملة المحلية والمعروض النقدى بالإضافة إلى الإحتياطيات الدولية، والسياسة المالية ممثلة فى الإنفاق الحكومى، وتأثير كل هذه العوامل على الميزان التجارى المصرى.
Maintaining the trade balance and stabilizing the local currency exchange rate requires a coordination between the Central Bank as an entity responsible for implementing monetary policy objectives and the Ministry of Finance as a responsible for implementing fiscal policy, in addition to supporting trade policy and exchange rate policy.Therefore, the study dealt with measuring the impact of coordination between the fiscal and monetary policies on the Egyptian trade balance using a standard model covering the period (1990-2019) in order to analyze the relationship between monetary policy represented in the local currency exchange rate and the money supply in addition to international reserves, and the financial policy represented in government spending, and the impact of all these factors on the trade balance.
