Summary: The study aimed to track and study the development of the relationship between education and poverty in Egypt from the period from the beginning of 1923 until the time of the study. Through a global perspective, and through the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Rights of the Child, as well as some human development reports of the United Nations, which dealt with education and aimed to spread it to all. It also aimed to eliminate extreme poverty and hunger and provide quality education, the study also aimed to address some global experiences to combat poverty and how to benefit from them in combating poverty in Egypt with the aim of spreading education and lifelong learning. The study referred to the Corona pandemic and its repercussions that affected education and emphasized the digital gap between the poor and the rich. And used historical research to track and follow the relation between education and poverty in Egypt to come up with a proposed vision to achieve education and lifelong learning as a necessity to address poverty in a rapidly changing time.
