استهدفت الدراسة خفض الأبراكسيا اللفظية وبيان أثرها على الكفاءة التواصلية للأطفال ذوي الشلل الدماغي من خلال برنامج تدريبي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من(10) أطفال من ذوي الشلل الدماغي،وقد تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (9- 12 ) سنة ،وقد بلغ متوسط العمر لأفراد العينة(10) سنوات، وقد تراوحت درجة الذكاء ما بين بين (90 - 110) درجة واستخدمت الباحثة أدوات الدراسة المتمثلة في اختبار النطق ( إعداد /عبد العزيز الشخص 98،2007) واختبار المصفوفات المتتابعه لجون رافن (تقنين/عماد حسن،2004)، ومقياس تشخيصي للابراكسيا اللفظية (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس للكفاءة التواصلية (إعداد الباحثة) والبرنامج التدريبي (إعداد الباحثة).واعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعتين. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلي وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند متوسط (0,05) بين متوسطي رتب درجات القياسين القبلي والبعدي لأفراد المجموعة التجريبية علي مقياس الابراكسيا اللفظية وذلك لصالح القياس البعدي (في الاتجاه الافضل) مما يشير الي تأثير البرنامج في خفض الابراكسيا اللفظية على مقياس الابراكسيا اللفظية لدى أطفال المجموعة التجريبية وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي (0,05) بين متوسطي رتب درجات القياسين البعدي والتتبعي لأفراد المجموعة التجريبية في متوسطات رتب درجات الابراكسيا اللفظية ،مما يشير الى بقاء أثر النتيجة بينما زاد التحسن في بعد التواصل اللفظي في القياس التتبعي حيث وجود فروق دالة إحصائية لصالح التتبعي. مما يشير إلى تأثير البرنامج علي اضطراب الابراكسيا اللفظية.

The study aimed to reduce verbal apraxia and its impact on the communicative competence of children with cerebral palsy through a training program. The study sample consisted of (5) children with cerebral palsy, their ages ranged between (9-12) years, and the average age of the sample members reached 10) years, and the degree of intelligence ranged between (90-110) degrees, and the researcher used the study tools represented in the pronunciation test (prepared by Abdul Aziz Al-Shaq, 2007) and the successive matrices test by John Raven (Taqneen / Emad Hassan, 2014), and a diagnostic scale for verbal apraxia (Prepared by the researcher), a measure of communicative competence (prepared by the researcher) and a training program to reduce verbal apraxia (prepared by the researcher). The study relied on the quasi-experimental approach with a single-group design. The results of the study found that there were statistically significant differences at the mean (0.05) between the mean ranks of the pre and post measurements of the experimental group members on the verbal apraxia scale in favor of the post measurement (in the better direction), which indicates the effect of the program in reducing verbal apraxia on the verbal apraxia scale. Verbal apraxia of the children of the experimental group and the absence of statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average ranks of the post and follow-up measurements of the experimental group in the average ranks of the verbal apraxia scores, which indicates that the effect of the result remained, while the improvement in the verbal communication dimension increased in Follow-up measurement, where there are statistically significant differences in favor of the follow-up, which indicates the disappearance of the effect of the program on the disorder of verbal apraxia.
