Summary: هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الكشف على آثر التفاعل بين استراتيجية التدريب الإلكتروني التعاوني والأسلوب المعرفي لتنمية مهارات القيادة والدافعية للإنجاز لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، وتكونت عينة البحث من (100) معلمة من معلمات مرحلة رياض الأطفال. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أنه، وجود أثر للتفاعل بين استراتيجية التدريب الإلكتروني التعاوني (التدريب الجمعي)، واستراتيجية التكامل التعاوني للمعلومات المجزأة "Jigsaw") والأسلوب المعرفي (المستقل/ المعتمد) في تنمية مهارات القيادة والدافعية للإنجازلدى معلمات رياض الأطفال.Summary: The current research aimed to identify the impact of the interaction between the cooperative e-training strategy and the cognitive method to develop leadership skills and motivation for achievement among kindergarten teachers. The research sample consisted of (100) kindergarten teachers. The results concluded that there is an effect of the interaction between the strategy of cooperative e-training (collective training), the strategy of collaborative integration of fragmented information "Jigsaw") and the cognitive style (independent / dependent) in developing leadership skills and achievement motivation among kindergarten teachers.
