عنوان هذا البحث (مقصد العدل وتطبيقاته في المعاملات المالية)، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان مفهوم العدل في الشريعة الإسلامية، والقوانين الوضعية، وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة، وخمسة فصول، وخاتمة.
المقدمة: فيها أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، ومقاصد البحث، وحدوده، والدراسات السابقة، ومشكلة البحث، وتساؤلات الدراسة، والفروض العلمية، ومنهج البحث، وخطواته، وتقسيمه.
الفصل الأول: مقصد العدل وتطبيقاته في الشريعة الإسلامية والتشريعات الوضعية
الفصل الثاني: منهج القرآن الكريم وشواهده في إرساء مقصد العدل.
الفصل الثالث: المنهج النَّبوي وشواهده في إرساء مقصد العدل.
الفصل الرابع: مقصد العدل في القواعد الفقهية وتطبيقاتها المالية.
الفصل الخامس: مقصد العدل وتطبيقاته في عقود المعاملات المالية فقهًا وقانونًا وقضاءً.
ثم انتهى البحث بخاتمة تضمنت أهم النتائج والتوصيات، ومن أهم النتائج:
النتيجة الأولى: أنَّ لمقصد العدل تطبيقات جلية في التشريع الإسلامي والتشريعات الوضعية.
النتيجة الثانية: أنَّ للقرآن الكريم منهجًا ظاهرًا في إرساء مقصد العدل.
النتيجة الثالثة: أنَّ للسنة النبوية منهجًا ظاهرًا في إرساء مقصد العدل.
النتيجة الرابعة: أنَّ مقصد العدل يتجلى في القواعد الفقهية وتطبيقاتها المالية.
ومن أهم التوصيات:
التوصية الأولى: دراسة الآثار الاجتماعية المترتبة على الاجتهادات الفقهية والقوانين الوضعية والأحكام القضائية في ضوء مقصد العدل وتفعيله في كافة المجالات.
التوصية الثانية: رعاية مقصد العدل في كل المناهج والمقررات على الطلاب في المراحل كلها، ابتداء من التعليم الأساسي، ووصولًا إلى التعليم الجامعي.
التوصية الثالثة: تركيز وسائل الإعلام على الوعي الجمعي بمقصد العدل.
التوصية الرابعة: أن تُقرَّر في المدارس والجامعات مادة الوعي القانوني: الشرعي والوضعي؛ لمعرفة الطلاب حقوقهم وواجباتهم، بقدر أعمارهم ومراحلهم؛ لأن تحقيق مقصد العدل يقتضي معرفة كل إنسان حقوقَه وواجباته، ويكون هذا المقرر ضمن المقررات الدراسية ابتداءً من مراحل التربية والتعليم الأساسية إلى ختام الدراسة الجامعية؛ ذلك بأنَّ من مقتضيات تحقيق العدل نشر ثقافة الحقوق والواجبات.

Introduction: It includes the importance of the topic, the reasons for its selection, the research purposes, its limits, previous studies, the research problem, the study questions, the scientific hypotheses, the research methodology, its steps, and its division.
Chapter one : destination justice and its applications in Islamic law and legislation position
Chapter two: The methodology of the Qur’an Karim and his evidencein establishing the goal of justice.
Chapter three included: the prophetic Curriculum and his witnesses in establishing the goal of justice.
Chapter four: destination justice in jurisprudence rules and its financial applications.
Chapter five: The destination of justice and its applications in contracts Financial transactions jurisprudence, law and jurisprudence.
Then the research ended with a conclusion that included the most important results and recommendations, and the most important results:

One of the most important recommendations:
The first recommendation :Study the social effects of jurisprudential jurisprudence, statutory laws and judicial rulings in the light of the purpose of justice and its activation in all fields.
The second recommendation :Caring for the purpose of justice in all curricula and courses Students at all levels, from basic education to university education.
The Third recommendation: Media focus on collective consciousness for the purpose of justice.
The Fourth recommendation: To decide in schools and universities the subject of legal awareness: Sharia and positivism; For students to know their rights and duties, according to their age and stage; Because achieving the goal of justice requires every person to know his rights and duties, and this course is among the academic curricula starting from the stages of education. the basic to the end of university studies; This is because one of the requirements for achieving justice is spreading the culture of rights and duties.
