هدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد مهارات تعليم التفكير الناقد التي ينبغي تنميتها لدى معلمي العلوم بدولة الامارات العربية المتحدة. وبناء برنامج مقترح في التنمية المهنية قائم على التعلم المدمج لتنمية مهارات تعليم التفكير الناقد لدى معلمي العلوم بالإمارات. ودراسة فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في تنمية مهارات تعليم التفكير الناقد لدى معلمي العلوم بالإمارات.
ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قامت الباحثة بإعداد البرنامج المقترح وبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات تعليم التفكير الناقد وتم التطبيق على مجموعة البحث (22) من معلمي العلوم بمدارس خاصة ( مدرسة العمداء الخاصة – مدرسة ابو عبيدة أبن الجراح الخاصة ) للمرحلة الثانوية بمنطقة عجمان التعليمية بدولة الامارات العربية المتحدة.
وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في تنمية مهارات تعليم التفكير الناقد لدي معلمي العلوم ( مجموعة البحث ) .
The research aimed to determine the skills of teaching critical thinking that should be developed among science teachers in the United Arab Emirates. Building a proposed professional development program based on blended learning to develop the skills of teaching critical thinking among science teachers in the UAE. And also study the effectiveness of the proposed program in developing the skills of teaching critical thinking among science teachers in the UAE.
To achieve this goal, the researcher prepared the proposed program and observation sheet for the skills of teaching critical thinking and apply it on the research group (22) of science teachers in private schools (Deans Private School - Abu Obadiah Ibn Al-Jar rah Private School) high school in the Ajman educational district in the United Arab Emirates.
The results of the research revealed the effectiveness of the proposed program in developing the skills of teaching critical thinking among science teachers (research group).
