هدف هذا البحث إلى تنمية مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين لدى تلاميذ الصف الخامس الابتدائي بدولة الكويت، من خلال تصميم برنامج مقترح في العلوم قائم على مدخل التعليم المتمايز، وللتحقق من فاعليته تم إعداد أدوات البحث وهي اختبار تحصيلي ومقياس مهارات التفكير الابتكاري ومقياس مهارات حل المشكلات، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لبناء البرنامج وأدوات البحث ومواده التعليمية، والمنهج التجريبي للتأكد من فاعلية البرنامج المقترح، وذلك باستخدام التصميم شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعتين المتكافئتين، تمثلت عينة البحث في (32) تلميذةً من تلميذات الصف الخامس الابتدائي لكل من المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة. أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات التطبيقيين القبلي والبعدي لأداء المجموعة التجريبية لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. وأوصت الباحثة بضرورة استخدام مدخل التعليم المتمايز؛ لتنمية العديد من نواتج التعليم والتعلم.

This research aimed to develop the skills of the twenty-first century among fifth grade primary pupils in the State of Kuwait, through the design of a proposed program in science based on the entrance to differentiated education, and to verify its effectiveness, research tools were prepared, which are an achievement test, a scale of creative thinking skills and a scale of problem-solving skills, and the descriptive approach was used to build the program, research tools and educational materials, and the semi-experimental approach to ensure the effectiveness of the proposed program, using the experimental design with two equivalent groups, the research sample was represented in (32) female pupils from the fifth grade of primary school for each of the experimental and control groups. The results of the research resulted in statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the pre- and post-applied for the performance of the experimental group in favor of the post-application, and the existence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in favor of the experimental group. The researcher recommended the need to use the differentiated education approach to develop many teaching and learning outcomes.
