كانت هذه دراسة بعنوان: الأفعال الكلامية في آيات الأحكام: دراسة نحوية تداولية، وقد انطلقت الدراسة من مقدِّمة وتمهيد يَتْبعه خمسةُ فصول، وخاتمة، وفهارس كاشفة، وقد جاءت على النحو التالي: أما المقدمة فقد تحدَّثت فيها عن أسباب الدراسة، وأهميتها وأهدافها، وتساؤلاتها، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهجها، والصعوبات التي واجهتها، وخطتها، وأما التمهيد فقد ضمَّنته أربعة مباحث، وجاءت فصول الدراسة على النحو الآتي: الفصل الأول: التقريريات، الفصل الثاني: التوجيهيات، الفصل الثالث: الإعلانيات الفصل الرابع الالتزاميات الفصل الخامس: التعبيريات، ثم الخاتمة وقد تضمنت أهم ما توصَّلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج، والتوصيات، ثم الفهارس الفنية.

This was a study entitled: Speech acts in the verses of rulings: a pragmatic grammatical study. The study began with an introduction and preface, followed by five chapters, a conclusion, and revealing indexes, and it came as follows: As for the introduction, I talked about the reasons for the study, its importance, goals, and questions. The previous studies, their methodology, the difficulties they faced, and their plan. As for the introduction, it included four sections, and the chapters of the study were as follows: Chapter One: Reports, Chapter Two: Directives, Chapter Three: Announcements, Chapter Four: Obligations, Chapter Five: Expressions, and then the conclusion. It included the most important findings of the study, recommendations, and technical indexes
