الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام علي أشرف المرسلين سيدنا محمد وعلي اله وصحبه وسلم، فهذه رسالة مقدمة من الباحث: عبد الرحيم مصطفي سيد، وذلك لنيل درجة الماجستير في الشريعة الإسلامية تحت عنوان (رواة الإمام مسلم الذين أوردهم العقيلي _محمد بن عمرو 322هـ _ في كتابه الضعفاء من أول عبد الرحمن من حرف العين إلي آخر حرف الياء) دراسة تطبيقية، تحت اشراف الأستاذة الدكتورة: مريم إبراهيم هندي، أستاذة الشريعة الإسلامية _ كلية دار العلوم _ جامعة القاهرة.
ويعد كتاب الضعفاء للإمام العقيلي من أهم كتب الجرح والتعديل كما يعد الكتاب مختصرًا مهمًا لآراء وأقوال أئمة الجرح والتعديل، كما يتميز بجمع الرواة الذين قلما يقف عليها الباحث إلا من خلال كتابه

This is a thesis presented by the researcher: Abdul Rahim Mustafa Sayed to obtain a master’s degree in Islamic shari’a, under the title “Narrators of Muslim who were mentioned by AL Aqili (Mohamed bin Amr who died in 322) in his book: Al Dua’fa (Literally: The weak) from the beginning of the letter Ain to the end of the letter Ya (in terms of collecting the hadith and knowing it). it is performed under the supervision of Dr Mariam Ibrahim Hindi, professor of Islamic Shari’a, faculty of Dar Al Uloom, Cairo University. The book of (Al Dua’fa) is considered one of the most important summery to the views and opinions of the scholars of Jarrah and Ta’dil. This book features a collection of Narrators whom the researcher may rarely find in other books
The research includes an introduction, two sections; one is theoretical and the other is practical, a conclusion and the indexes of the research, which are as follows
