لقد حاول كثير من الباحثين دراسة مناهج مفسري آيات الأحكام للوقوف على تأثير المذهبية الفقهية في تناولهم لآيات الأحكام، بهدف الاستفادة من مناهجهم في الدراسات والأبحاث المستقبلية، وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لهذا الهدف،فقد جمعتُ فيها الآيات المتعلقة بالأموال في سورة البقرة،واستخلصتُ منها اثنتين وعشرين مسألة،وقمتُ بعرض ترجيحات مفسري آيات الأحكام وبخاصة الأربعة المشهورين(الجصاص والهراسي وابن العربي والقرطبي)ثم قارنتُ ترجيحاتهم بالمعتمد في مذاهبهم،وسجلت في نهاية كل مسألة النتائج التي تشير إلى مدى تأثر المفسر بمذهبه الفقهي، وقد استخدمت المنهج الاستقرائي ثم المنهج التحليلي والمقارن والنقدي، وقد توصلت إلى عدد من النتائج والتوصيات سجلتها في نهاية الدراسة.

Many researchers have tried to study the approaches of the interpreters of the verses of rulings to find out the influence of jurisprudence in their dealing with the verses of rulings, with the aim of benefiting from their approaches in future studies and research. A question, and I presented the weightings of the interpreters of the verses of rulings, especially the four famous ones (Al-Jassas, Al-Harasi, Ibn Al-Arabi and Al-Qurtubi), then I compared their weightings with the approved ones in their schools, and recorded at the end of each issue the results that indicate the extent to which the interpreter was affected by his jurisprudential school of thought, and I used the inductive approach, then the analytical, comparative and critical method.
