يتناول موضوع هذه الدراسة: "الشكاوى والالتماسات المقدمة من
اليهود في مصر في العصر الفاطمي (362-567هـ/972-1172م)
من خلال وثائق الجنيزة." الذي كان يتحدث عن المصري
المجتمع في أيام الدولة الفاطمية. على الرغم من أن هذه الوثائق كانت
الصادرة عن اليهود، فهي تزودنا بمعلومات عن الكثير
الأنشطة المتعلقة بغير اليهود، وتقدم لنا صورة عن المصريين
المجتمع في هذا العصر. أهميتها التاريخية وقيمتها العلمية لا
نتوقف عند حدود الطائفة اليهودية وحدها، بل نمتد إلى حدودها
المجتمع بأكمله الذي تعايش مع هذا المجتمع. وهكذا،
المعلومات التي نعرفها عن إحدى المجموعات في هذا المجتمع يمكن أن تكون
تعتبر صالحة للاعتراف. ميزة أخرى لهذه الوثائق هي
أن تحتوي على وثائق أصلية مكتوبة باللغة العربية صادرة عن
ديوان الإنشاء الفاطمي. بطريقة أو بأخرى، تسربت إلى الأيدي
من اليهود الذين استخدموا ظهورها أو الأماكن الشاغرة فيها في بلادهم
كتابات مختلفة من هذه الشكاوى والالتماسات

The subject of this study deals with: “Complaints and petitions of
the Jews in Egypt, during the Fatimid Era (362-567 AH / 972-1172 AD)
through the Genizah documents.” Which was speaking for Egyptian
society in the days of the Fatimid state. Although these documents were
issued by the Jews, they provide us with information about many
activities related to non-Jews, and provide us with a picture of Egyptian
society in this era. Its historical importance and scientific value do not
stop at the limit of the Jewish community alone, but extend it to the
entire community that coexisted with this community. Thus, the
information we know about one of the groups in this community can be
considered valid for recognition. Another feature of these documents is
that they contain original documents written in Arabic issued by the
Fatimid Diwan al-Insha. In one way or another, it leaked into the hands
of the Jews, who used its backs or the vacant spaces therein in their
various writings of these complaints and petitions
