Summary: تقوم هذه الدراسة بإختبار فرضية العلاقة الإرتباطية بين ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية والأمن القومي، فالفريق الأول يري أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الهجرة غير الشرعية والأمن القومي الليبي، والفريق الثاني يري أنه لاتوجد علاقة إرتباطية بين الهجرة غير الشرعية والأمن القومي الليبي وإنما هو شأن داخلي بالأساس. فقد خلصت الدراسة إلي أن أزمة الهجرة غير الشرعية في ليبيا ليست سوي نتيجة لإنهيار مؤسسات الدولة وفوضي السلاح ومن ثم فإن التوجه إلي إيجاد حل للأزمة السياسية في ليبيا من المرجح أن يقلل من تدفقات المهاجرين. وققد تتحول ليبيا على إثره من بلد عبور تنشط فيه شبكات التهريب والإتجار بالبشر إلي دولة استقبال للعمالة التي تحتاج إليها ليبيا الغنية بالإمكانيات. Summary: This study tests the hypothesis of the correlation relationship between the illegal migration phenomenon and national security. The first team sees that there is a correlation relationship between illegal migration Libyan National Security, and the second team sees that there is no correlation relationship between illegal migration and Libyan National Security, but it is mainly an internal matter. The study concluded that the illegal migration crisis in Libya is nothing but a result of the collapse of state institutions and the chaos of arms. So, the tendency to find a solution to the political crisis in Libya is likely to reduce migrants’ flows. As a result, Libya may turn from a transit country in which smuggling and human trafficking networks are active, to a country that receives the labor force that Libya, which is rich in potential, needs.
