هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف فعالية برنامج قائم على استخدام التأهيل الحركي الفمي في خفض اضطراب الأبراكسيا لدى الأطفال، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (6) أطفال من الأطفال ذوي اضطراب الأبراكسيا ممن تراوحت أعمارهم الزمنية ما بين (4-6) سنوات بمتوسط عمري قدره (5.1) وانحراف معياري (0.65)، وقد تراوح معامل الذكاء لديهم ما بين (90 – 110)، واستخدمت الدراسة الأدوات الأتية: مقياس رافن للمصفوفات المتتابعة الملونة (إعداد :John Raven, 1977 وترجمة وتقنين: عماد أحمد حسن، 2014)، ومقياس كفاءة النطق المصور (إعداد: إيهاب الببلاوي، 2007)، ومقياس اضطراب الأبراكسيا لدى الأطفال (إعداد: الباحثة)، والبرنامج التدريبي(إعداد: الباحثة) وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح القياس البعدي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي، مما يدل على فعالية استخدام التأهيل الحركي الفمي في خفض اضطراب الأبراكسيا لدى الأطفال، وكذلك استمرار فعالية البرنامج.

The study aimed to know the Effectiveness of the programme based on the use of oral Placement Therapy to reduce Apraxia Disorder with Children. and study sample consisted of (6) children with Apraxia Of Speech whose chronological age ranged between (4-6) years with an average age of (5.1) ) and standard deviation (,65) and their IQ coefficient ranged from (90-110), and the researcher used the semi-experimental approach with a single group design, and the Raven's Progressive colored Matrices was applied (prepared by John Raven, 1977 translated and standardization : Emad Ahmed Hassan, 2014), the illustrated pronunciation efficiency scale (prepared by: Ihab Al-Beblawi, 2007), and childhood apraxia of speech Scale (Prepared by: The researcher), and the results of the study reached There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of experimental group before and after applying the program in favor of the post-measurement, and there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the post- and follow-up measurements, which indicates the effectiveness of using oral placement therapy in reducing childhood apraxia of speech, as well as the continuation of the effectiveness of the program. The importance of using oral placement therapy and its positive effect on reducing childhood apraxia of speech.
