تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحسين العملية الإنتاجية من خلال دراسة أثر تطبيق نظام جودة الصيانة الشاملة لتحسين العملية الإنتاجية لشركة حلوان للصناعات الهندسية من خلال تقييم الأداء، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من إجمالي عدد العاملين في المصنع (140 مهندسا وفنيا) وكانت عينة الدراسة (120).
وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من العينة يمكن من خلالها تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، كما تم استخدام العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية للإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة والتحقق من فرضياتها لتحقيق تحسين عملية الإنتاج من خلال إجراء عملية تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات.
يهدف البحث إلى: تحسين العملية الإنتاجية وتطبيق جودة الصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة مما يساهم أيضا في مساعدة المديرين على معرفة كفاءة وفعالية أداء إدارة الصيانة في الشركة مما يساهم بدوره في تحقيق أهداف الشركة. أشارت نتائج البحث إلى وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد جودة الصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة على تحسين العملية الإنتاجية. عدة استنتاجات ، بما في ذلك:
ينطبق تطبيق مبادئ جودة الصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة بشكل عام على مختلف الشركات الصناعية. كما قدم البحث عدة توصيات منها: تطبيق مبادئ جودة الصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة على جميع مصانع حلوان للصناعات الهندسية.

This study aims to improve the production process by studying the impact of applying the comprehensive maintenance quality system To improve the production process of Helwan Engineering Industries through performance evaluation, where the study population consists of the total number of employees in the factory(140 engineers and technicians) and the study sample was (120).The researcher has followed the descriptive analytical approach. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from the sample through which the objectives of the study can be achieved, and many statistical methods were used to answer the questions of the study and verify its hypotheses to achieve improvement of the production process by conducting the data analysis process and testing hypotheses.
The research aims to: Improve the production process and apply the quality of comprehensive productive maintenance, which also contributes to helping managers to know the efficiency and effectiveness of the performance of maintenance management in the company, which in turn contributes to achieving the company's goals. The results of the research indicated that there is a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of the quality of comprehensive productive maintenance on the improvement of the production process. Several conclusions, including:
The application of the principles of quality of comprehensive productive maintenance is generally applicable to various industrial companies. The research also made several recommendations, including: Applying the principles of quality of comprehensive productive maintenance to all factories of Helwan Engineering Industries.
