Summary: هدف هذا البحث تنمية الجوانب المعرفية والأدائية لمهارات أخصائي التخاطب العاملين في مجال تأهيل ذوي اضطراب التوحد من خلال قياس فاعلية بيئة تدريب إلكتروني، وتم استخدام المنهجين الوصفي وشبه التجريبي بتصميم المجموعة الواحدة مع التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لأدوات البحث، واشتملت أدوات البحث على اختبار تحصيلي وبطاقة الملاحظة، حيث تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (49) أخصائية تربية خاصة من الخريجات والمدربات من تخصص اضطرابات التوحد بمركز وجد الأمل للرعاية النهارية في مدينة جدة المملكة العربية السعودية الفصل الدراسي الثاني 2022/2023، وتوصل البحث إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة الملاحظة لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ووجود فاعلية لبيئة التدريب الإلكتروني لتنمية الجوانب المعرفية والأدائية لمهارات أخصائي التخاطب في تأهيل ذوي اضطراب التوحد.Summary: This research aims to measure the effectiveness of an electronic training environment to develop the cognitive and performance aspects of the skills of a speech therapist in rehabilitating children with autism. The approaches used in this research were the descriptive and semi-experimental approaches used in one group design with the pre- and post-application of the research tools. It was applied to a random sample consisting of (49) female graduates and trainers of special education specialists from specializations (behavioural disorders, autism, hearing impairment, mental disability, learning difficulties) at the Waj Al Amal Daycare Center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for the second semester 2022/2023. The research indicates that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the pre- and post-applications of the achievement test and the observation card in favor of the post-application and the presence of an effect of the electronic training environment to develop the cognitive and performance aspects of the skills of the speech specialist in rehabilitating children with autism Keywords: electronic training environment - children with autism disorder - speech therapists 6.Research Findings . Determining the needs of the speech therapist in terms of rehabilitating children with autism disorder to develop children's language skills. 3. Designing an electronic training environment to develop the skills of speech therapists to rehabilitate children with autism to develop children's language skills. 4. Measuring the effectiveness of an electronic training environment to develop the cognitive aspects of the skills of speech therapists to rehabilitate children with autism to develop children's language skills. 5. Measuring the effectiveness of an electronic training environment to develop the performance aspects of the skills of speech therapists to rehabilitate children with autism to develop children's language skills.  The importance of research: The importance of research is in: 1. Assisting in developing the skills of speech therapists in evaluating cases of autism and preparing and applying appropriate treatment plans. 2. Contribute to providing the necessary assistance to children with autism. 3. Directing the attention of decision-makers and stakeholders involved in developing curricula for children with autism to benefit from the proposed e-training environment. 4. It represents an addition to the educational heritage related to the communicative aspects of autism spectrum children. 5. Increasing the balance of knowledge and information about children with autism spectrum disorder and how to develop their skills and provide them with appropriate assistance
