Resource allocation importance in wireless networks has increased in the last few years.In this study we propose a new PHY-MAC Cross-Layer system architecture which aims at maximizing the channel utilization while maintaining modularity of design and respecting QoS constrints.We also provide an efficient algorithm based on the proposed architecture
