من حيث أهم البوابات وأشملها في الحصول على الخدمات الحكومية الإلكترونية فجاءت في المرتبة الأولى منصة مصر الرقمية تلتها بوابة الحكومة المصرية، تبعتها خدمات الوزارات عبر مواقعها الإلكترونية.
•ومن حيث أهم الخدمات الحكومية الإلكترونية المقدمة عبر بوابة مصر الرقمية ومدى استخدامها من قبل المبحوثين، فجاءت خدمات التموين في المرتبة الأولى ثم الكهرباء وجاءت في المرتبة الأخيرة من حيث الاستخدام خدمات الزراعة والخدمات الزراعية من تراخيص وموافقات
•أما بالنسبة لتقييم لمستوى الخدمة الحكومية الإلكترونية التي تحصل عليها عبر "مصر الرقمية"، فجاء التقييم من المبحوثين أفراد العينة بمستوي جيد جدا في المرتبة الأولي
•أما المزايا أو الفوائد المتحققة من استخدام الخدمات الحكومية الإلكترونية فجاءت في المرتبة الأولى عبارة تجنبني خدمات بوابة "مصر الرقمية" ازدحام المقار الحكومية للحصول على الخدمة تلتها في المرتبة الثانية عبارة تساعدني خدمات بوابة "مصر الرقمية" على توفير وقتي.
•ومن حيث أنشطة العلاقات العامة التي تؤثر علي اتجاهات المواطن نحو الخدمات الحكومية الإلكترونية فجاءت في المرتبة الأولى كلا من شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، جولات المسؤولين الإعلامية في مراكز الخدمات ثم الاتصالات عبر الإنترنت وفي المرتبة الأخيرة جاءت عبارة إلقاء الخطابات إلي الجماهير
وقد تميزت مصر الرقمية، بوجود جزء خاص بالمسئولية الاجتماعية، وإظهار واجباتها نحو المجتمع والجمهور، وهو ما يعزز من عملية التفاعل بينها وبين جمهورها أيضاً من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني. من خلال الاحتفال بالمناسبات القومية والدينية والاجتماعية وتهنئة المواطنين.
