Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty Of Nursing - Department Of Surgical Nursing Summary: The study results revealed significant shorter length of stay as well less readmission in the follow up periods among the study group as compared with the control group subjects ( p=0.0001 ) as well respiratory & thromboembolitic complications were significantly lower with the following p values ( 0.02 )
