عرضت الدارسة في هذا الفصل موضوع البحث وهيكله النظري من حيث عرض المشكلة وسبب تناول موضوع البحث، وكذلك الفروض والأهداف والأهمية وحدود البحث ومنهجيته، ووضعت الدارسة تصوراً للإطار التطبيقي، مع عرض لبعض من الدراسات المرتبطة بالدراسة، مع توضيح أوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف عنها، ثم كيفية الإفادة منها بهدف الوصول إلى نتائج من خلال الدراسة النظرية والتطبيقية معاً.
الفصل الثاني: المستهلكات الزجاجية كوسيط تشكيلي في بنية المشغولة الفنية:
تناول نشأة الزجاج والتعريف بهذه الخامة، والتطور التاريخي لخامة الزجاج على مر العصور، ثم الخواص المتنوعة للزجاج والتي يمكن للفنان أن يستخدمها في صياغة أعماله الفنية، والتعرف على بعض أنواع الزجاج مما يساعد على استخدام كل نوع بإمكانياته ومميزاته، وبناءاً على ما تقدم فقد تبين أن خامة الزجاج تتميز بشفافيتها وخصائصها المتنوعة التي قد تسهم فعلياً في إثراء المشغولة الفنية المعاصرة، وتناول الفصل أيضاً التعريف بالمستهلكات ومفهوم إعادة التدوير، ثم الاستفادة من المستهلكات الزجاجية وإمكانية إعادة تدويرها في أعمال فنية متنوعة، بعد ذلك عرض موجز لمختارات من أعمال الفنانين ازاء استخدامهم للخامات المستهلكة، فان خامة الزجاج عامةً والمستهلكات الزجاجية خاصةً ممكن أن تشكل مدخلاً تجريبياً هاماً لإثراء المشغولة الفنية.
الفصل الثالث: العجائن كوسيط تشكيلي أساسي في توليف المستهلكات الزجاجية:
تناول هذا الفصل تمهيداً عن العجائن والتعريف بما هيتها خامة العجائن، ودراسة نبذة تاريخية عنها عبر العصور الفرعونية والقبطية والإسلامية وصولاً للمتطور منها في العصر الحديث، مع ذكر أهم الخصائص التي تتميز بها العجائن بعامةً، كما إشتمل على بعض أنواع العجائن المختلفة ومكوناتها لاختيار ما يتناسب منها في التوليف بينها وبين المستهلكات الزجاجية موضوع البحث.
الفصل الرابع: الإمكانات التشكيلية لمختارات من العجائن والمستهلكات الزجاجية:
أوضحت الدارسة في هذا الفصل طرق تشكيل خامة الزجاج تبعاً لإمكاناتها من النواحي التشكيلية والتعبيرية، وتناولت أيضاً الإمكانات التشكيلية لخامات العجائن، تمهيداً للاستفادة من الأساليب التقنية المتنوعة لخامتي الزجاج والعجائن والتوليف بينهما لاستحداث مشغولة فنية معاصرة.
الفصل الخامس: تطبيقات البحث:
قدمت الدارسة في هذا الفصل خمسة مداخل تجريبية مقترحة منها لتوليف العجائن مع المستهلكات الزجاجية، وهو ما إستندت إليه في تنفيذ تطبيقاتها الذاتية التي يظهر بها الإمكانات التشكيلية لتوليف مختارات من العجائن والمستهلكات الزجاجية مع إضافة بعض الخامات التكميلية كمدخل لإستحداث مشغولات فنية معاصرة، ثم تصميم معيار لتحكيم المشغولات الفنية نتاج التجربة الذاتية، وإجراء استطلاع رأي على مدى اكتمال بنوده من قبل بعض الأساتذة المتخصصين، بعد ذلك تم التحكيم واستخلاص النتائج الإحصائية الخاصة بالدراسة، وأخيراً عرض لأهم تلك النتائج التي توصلت إليها متبوعة بأهم التوصيات المقترحة.
وأخيراً تم عرض للمراجع العربية والأجنبية وملخص البحث ثم المستخلص باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

In this chapter, the study presents the research topic and its theoretical structure in terms of outlining the problem and the reason for electing the research topic as well as the assumptions, goals, significance, the research parameters and its methodology. The study has put an overview of the applied framework along with a presentation of some relevant studies highlighting the similarities and difference with the study at hand for the purpose of reaching outcomes through both the theoretical and applied studies.

Second Chapter: The glass consumables as a formation medium in the art working's structure

This chapter studies the emergence of glass, identifying this raw material and its historical development throughout the ages. In addition, it talks about the various property of glass that could be utilized by an artist in formulating his/her art work.

Moreover, this chapter identifies some types of glass so that the features and advantages of each type could be knowledgably used. Based on the above, it has been indicated that the glass raw materials is characterized of being translucent and has numerous features that would actually contribute to the enrichment of the contemporary art work.

This chapter also portrays the definition of consumables and the concept of recycling and benefitting from the glass waste and the possibility to get it recycled in miscellaneous art work. This chapter also presents a some of the artist's work in relation to their use of the waste raw material as the glass raw material and the waste glass in particular could provide a significant experimental approach to enrich the art work.

Third Chapter: The paste as a formulating medium linked to the compilation of waste glass:
This chapter provides an introduction to the paste and identifying the importance of the paste raw material; a historical synopsis study on the paste throughout the pharaonic, Coptic, Islamic and through to the developed paste in the modern age, with a mention of the most important characteristics of the glass paste in general.

In addition, we have identified some types of various paste. The following table shows an overview of some types of paste in terms of its components and advantages in preparation for selecting the appropriate types to compile them with the waste glass, subject of this study research.

Fourth Chapter: The formulation possibilities to compile selective items from the paste and waste glass:

In this chapter, the study shows the methods of formulating the raw glass according to its formulating and expressive aspects. The study also discussed the formulating capabilities of the raw paste materials and benefitting from the miscellaneous technical styles of both the raw glass and paste in preparation for compiling them together to introduce contemporary art work, which will be manifested through the study experiment.

Fifth Chapter: Research Applications:

In this chapter, the study presented a set of self applications manifesting the formulating capabilities to compile selective items from the glass paste and waste while adding some complimentary materials as an approach to introduce contemporary art work.

A standard has been devised to assess the art work arising from the self experiment, and a survey is to be conducted by specialist tutors as to the extent to which the points associated with this standard has been completed. Subsequently, the assessment has been undertaken and the outcomes inferred, which is followed by the most important suggested recommendations and finally listing the Arabic and foreign references.
