يعتبر الغناء وسيلة للتعبير عن الذات والتفريج عن الانفعالات واظهار دواخل الشخصية الانسانية، ولكي تتم عملية الغناء بالشكل السليم يجب مراعاه نجاح جميع جوانبها والتى تتمثل في ما قبل عملية الغناء، ما يحدث اثناء عملية الغناء وما بعد الغناء.
إن الأداء الصحيح للغناء بشكل عام هو عملية ذهنية عضلية جمالية تتطلب إدراكاً ذهنياً وسمعياً للنغمات المراد أدائها وعمل كافة الأجهزه العضوية وتفاعلها لإخراج الصوت الغنائي المتجانس وكذلك التدريبات التكنيكية الخاصة بمرونة العضلات الخاصة بأجهزة جسم الإنسان والتي تساعد في عملية إصدار الصوت، لذلك تعتبر التدريبات الصوتية السابقة لعملية الغناء بمثابة حجر الأساس التى تبنى عليه عملية الأداء الغنائي
اعتمدت موسيقى أفلام ديزني على التناغم بين المرئيات والرسوم المتحركة وبين التحليلات اللحنية واشتملت على عناصر الحوار الكلامي والانتقال بين الطبقات الصوتية والتقنيات الغنائية الدقيقة والتدرجات السلمية والقفزات اللحنية والأصوات الممتدة وغيرها من التقنيات، ولهذا اختارت الباحثة بعض الجمل اللحنية لبعض هذه الأغاني لتكون نقطة البداية التي تعتمد عليها في ابتكار التدريبات الصوتية موضوع البحث.
