The first volume of the treatise is divided into two parts. The first is a detailed descriptive study of the stone and marble decorations on the remaining mosques in the period under study, with specifying the places of their implementation on the internal and external walls of the mosques. Decorations with tracing the artistic influences coming to them, as well as the extent to which they were affected by the local artistic heritage. The first volume ends with the conclusion that includes the most important results of the research, followed by a list of sources and references. The second volume is a catalog of maps which contain 242 paintings and (141) figures .
