To achieve this goal, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach and the experimental approach using a one-group quasi-experimental design. Research tools: The research tools were built, which consisted of: a list of rhetorical appreciation skills appropriate for learners of the Arabic language who are non-native speakers at the advanced level, and a test of rhetorical appreciation. The following educational materials were also prepared: the student’s book and the teacher’s guide, and then the research group was selected to apply the tools (preliminarily). And later) and verify the effectiveness of the proposed program. Research sample: The research targeted a targeted group of non-native Arabic language learners at the advanced level who study the Arabic language with the aim of understanding the Holy Qur’an and the Noble Hadith.
