Summary: With God's grace and success, I completed my research for a Ph.D. title, entitled: "The Imposition of Commission on Banking Transactions, a Comparative Jurisprudential Study." The research consists of an introduction, five chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter was titled: Chapter One: The Concept of Transfer and Its Legitimacy, Chapter Two: Bank Transfers and the Position of Islamic Jurisprudence on Them, Chapter Three: Common Contemporary Forms of Bank Transfer between Egypt and Kuwait, Chapter Four: Forms for Receiving Bank Transfers in the Banking System in Egypt and Kuwait, and Chapter Five Ruling on interest, commissions and fees on bank transfers, and the impact of money laundering on them in light of the provisions of Islamic Sharia
