Background: Professionalism in health care is a part of a learning process that is grounded in a specific set of values or principles and Achievement of Professionalism In Physical Therapy Core Values self assessment (PPTCVSA(. It is fundamental for development of professionalism, successful decision-making processes and high quality services for patients. Aim of Study: This study was conducted to determine the relation between educational level and professionalism in Physical Therapy Core Values self assessment in Egyptian physical therapists. Participants and Methods: A total of 364 Egyptian physical therapists and physical therapists’ students from both genders participated in this study including students from 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th year and internship, and Postgraduate physiotherapists; master's degree, doctoral 's degree, Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, and physiotherapists who did not obtain postgraduate studies after graduation from both genders. They were recruited from 3 Universities; Cairo University, Kafr El-Sheikh University and Bani-Suif University. The cross-sectional survey was carried out using an online Google form of Professionalism in Physical Therapy Core Values self-assessment questionnaire that included seven core values with 68 indicators.The overall score is 340. Results: The percentage of the sum of the core values in all professional categories, showed ascending gradual level, with the least values indicated by the students at 2nd, 3rd, 4th year and the highest values indicated by the master and the doctoral degree, which reflect a distinguished degree of professionalism and core values that had the highest percent were compassion/caring, social responsibility, excellence, and integrity.
Conclusion: Graduates have a higher level of professionalism than students because they have gained more knowledge, research ethics, inquisitiveness, and deep thought about how to provide higher-quality healthcare services

الخلفية: : الاحتراف في الرعاية الصحية هو "جزء من عملية التعلم التي ترتكز على مجموعة محددة من القيم أو المبادئ وتحقيق المهنية في العلاج الطبيعي القيم الأساسية أساسي لتطوير الاحتراف وعمليات صنع القرار الناجحة والجودة العالية في خدمات المرضى هدف الدراسة: أجريت هذه الدراسة لتحديد العلاقة بين المستوى التعليمي والكفاءة المهنية في التقييم الذاتي للقيم الأساسية للعلاج الطبيعي لدى أخصائي العلاج الطبيعي المصريين. المشاركون والطرق: شارك في هذه الدراسة 364 من أخصائي وطلاب علاج طبيعي المصريين من كلا الجنسين، بما في ذلك طلاب من السنة الثانية والثالثة والرابعة والخامسة والتدريب، وأخصائيي العلاج الطبيعي بعد التخرج؛ درجة الماجستير، درجة الدكتوراه، درجة دكتوراه في العلاج الطبيعي، وأخصائيي العلاج الطبيعي الذين لم يحصلوا على الدراسات العليا بعد التخرج من كلا الجنسين. تم تجميعهم من 3 جامعات. جامعة القاهرة، وجامعة كفر الشيخ، وجامعة بني سويف. تم إجراء الاستطلاع المقطعي باستخدام نموذج جوجل عبر الإنترنت للتقييم الذاتي للقيم الأساسية للعلاج الطبيعي والذي تضمن سبع قيم أساسية مع 68 مؤشرًا بنتيجة اجمالية 340 درجة .النتائج: أظهرت النسبة المئوية لمجموع القيم الأساسية في جميع الفئات المهنية تصاعديًا في المستوى التدريجي ، مع أقل القيم التي أشار إليها الطلاب في السنة الثانية والثالثة والرابعة وأعلى القيم التي أشار إليها الماجستير والدكتوراه ، والتي تعكس درجة متميزة من الاحتراف والقيم الأساسية التي كان لها أعلى نسبة هي التعاطف / الرعاية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية والتميز والنزاهة. الخلاصة: يتمتع الخريجون بمستوى احترافي أعلى من الطلاب لأنهم اكتسبوا المزيد من المعرفة وأخلاقيات البحث وفضول البحث والتفكير العميق حول كيفية تقديم خدمات رعاية صحية عالية الجودة.
