استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في تمكين المرأة السودانية المعيلة من إستراتيجية التنمية المستدامة فى (الخرطوم).
وتكمن مشكلة الدراسه في إنتشار مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بشكل كبير ومتواتر وكان هذا الإنتشار له دورفي حياة المرأةالسودانية بشكل عام والمرأة المعيلة بشكل خاص.
ولذلك فإن من الأهمية الكشف عن دور المرأة المعيلة فى حركة التنمية المستدامة بإعتبارها قوة من قوة الإنتاج وعنصراً فعالاً فى مواجهة تحديات (ظاهرة العولمة، والثورة التكنولوجية، وقضايا التنمية ونشر الديمقراطية) وغيرها من التحديات.
والتسأول الرئيسي: هل ساهمت هذه التقنيات الحديثة والمتسارعة فى تمكين المرأة السودانية اقتصادياً واجتماعياً وسياسياً.........؟
وللإجابة علي هذا التسأول فقد اعتمدت الدراسة في إطارها المنهجي علي:
النظريات علي كل من: (نظرية الجندر والنظرية التكنولوجية)
كما اعتمدت في المنهج علي كل من: (المنهج الأنثروبولوجي، المنهج الوصفي) واستخدمت الباحثة أداتي (الإستبيان والمقابلة) علي عدد 66 مبحوثة ممن كانت لهن دور ومشاركة في عمليات التنمية المستدامة وكان من ضمن شروط اختيار العينه أن تكون المبحوثة تستخدم وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
وقد اختيرت العينة من خلال أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة للنساء السودانيات المعيلات.
وقد أثرت الإجراءات الإحترازية لكوفيد 19 علي زيادت العينه وهي من المصاعب التي واجهت الباحثة في جمع البيانات.
ومن أبرز التوصيات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة ما يلي:
- يجب تنمية قدرات المرأة المعيله لتوسيع خيارات العمل امامها وتفغعيل دورها كعضو منتج وفعال في المجتمع
- توعية المرأة المعيلة بالإستخدامات المختلفة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات ومجالات العمل المستحدثة التي تلائم ظروفها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية.

The study aimed to identify the role of social media in empowering Sudanese
women who are breadwinners in the sustainable development strategy in
Khartoum.
The problem of the study lies in the widespread and frequent spread of social
networking sites, and this spread has played a role in the lives of Sudanese
women in general and female breadwinners in particular.
Therefore, it is important to reveal the role of female breadwinners in the
sustainable development movement as a force of production and an effective
element in confronting the challenges (globalization phenomenon, the
technological revolution, development issues and the spread of democracy)
and other challenges.
The main question: Have these modern and accelerating technologies
contributed to the empowerment of Sudanese women economically, socially
and politically?...
To answer this question, the study relied on:
Theories on both: (gender theory and technological theory)
The method was also based on: (the anthropological approach, the
descriptive approach) and the researcher used two tools (questionnaire and
interview) on 66 female respondents who had a role and participation in
sustainable development processes. Among the conditions for selecting the
sample was that the female respondent use social media.
The sample was selected through a simple random sampling method for
Sudanese women with breadwinners.
The Covid-19 precautionary measures affected the sample size, which is one
of the difficulties the researcher faced in collecting data.
The most prominent recommendations reached by the study are the following:
The capabilities of female breadwinners must be developed to expand the
work options available to them and activate their role as a productive and
effective member of society.
-Educating female breadwinners about the different uses of information
technology and new fields of work that suit their social and economic
conditions.
