هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف الدور الذى تؤديه الأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين واختصاصاتها، وأيضا تعرف مكونات واختصاصات منظومة إعتماد جودة خدمات التنمية المهنية بالأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين، وتقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير منظومة اعتماد جودة خدمات التنمية المهنية بالأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين في ضوء الخبرات العالمية، توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تطوير دليل اعتماد خدمات التنمية المهنية ودليل اعتماد المراكز التدريبية ، عقد شراكة بين الاكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين وكليات التربية فى تدريب وتأهيل المدربين والمراجعين الخارجيين للاعتماد، تحديث وتطوير البرامج التدريبية المقدمة لاعضاء هيئة التعليم بصفة مستمرة،التكامل بين جهات التدريب والتنمية المهنية على كافة المستويات (وحدة التدريب المدرسية – قسم التدريب بالادارة – ادارة التدريب بالمديرية – مراكز التدريب الرئيسية – فروع الأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين بالمحافظات – الإدارة المركزية لإعداد القيادات التربوية- كليات التربية على مستوى الجمهورية – مراكز التدريب الحكومية المعتمدة من الأكاديمية)، وذلك لتنفيذ التدريبات على المستوى المركزى والإقليمى والمحلى.

The study aimed to identify the role played by the Professional Academy for Teachers and its specializations, as well as to know the components and competencies of the system for accrediting the quality of professional development services at the Professional Academy for Teachers, and to provide a proposed vision for the development of the system for accrediting the quality of professional development services at the Professional Academy for Teachers in the light of international experiences, The study found the need to develop a guide for the accreditation of professional development services and a guide to the accreditation of training centers, a partnership between the Professional Academy for Teachers and colleges of education in training and qualifying trainers and external auditors for accreditation,updating and developing training programs provided to members of the education staff on an ongoing basis, Integration between training and professional development bodies at all levels (school training unit-training department in the administration - training department in the directorate - main training centers-branches of the professional academy for teachers in the governorates- the central administration for the preparation of educational leaders - colleges of education at the level of the Republic - government training centers approved by the academy), in order to implement training at the central, regional and local levels
