سعت الدراسة إلى تحليل وتفسير ومقارنة أُطُر المعالجة الصحفية للقضية الفلسطينية في عينة من صحف دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، في الفترة الممتدة من 1 أغسطس/ آب 2015 حتى 31 ديسمبر/ كانون أول 2020. بالتطبيق على عينة مُثلت في صحف: الجزيرة السعودية، والقبس الكويتية، والشرق القطرية، والأيام البحرينية والوطن العُمانية والاتحاد الإمارتية.
وتنتمي الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية، مستخدِمة منهج المسح الإعلامي بشقيه الوصفي والتحليلي، ومعتمدةً أداة تحليل المضمون وأسلوب المقارنة للمقارنة بين صحف الدراسة في معالجتها للقضية الفلسطينية. واستخدامها للأطر الخبرية.
توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: تباينت صحف الدراسة من حيث الاهتمام بالقضية الفلسطينية خلال فترة الدراسة، كما تباينت في استخدام الأطر الإخبارية التي اعتمدت عليها في تناول القضية الفلسطينية، وحازت أطر الدعم والصراع العسكري والأخلاقي والقانوني وإطار الصراع السياسي على المراكز الأربعة الأولى ضمن الأطر.
اعتمدت صحف الدراسة على الاتجاه الإيجابي في معالجتها للقضية الفلسطينية، وجاءت "اعتداءات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي", و"الاستيطان" على رأس الأفكار المحورية التي قدمتها صحف الدراسة، إضافة إلى تصدر الاستمالات المنطقية على الاستمالات غير المنطقية في معالجتها للقضية الفلسطينية.
وبينت الدراسة تصدّر الأخبار والتقارير كأحد أبرز الأشكال الصحفية في التعامل مع القضية الفلسطينية التي استخدمتها صحف عينة الدراسة.

This dissertation seeks to demonstrate and analysis treatment frames of The Palestinian cause in Newspapers of the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries.
This study belongs to comparative descriptive studies. It seeks to monitor and analyze the press frameworks of the activities of the Palestinian cause in Newspapers of the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries.
The study is based on the methodology of the media survey، both descriptive and analytical، in order to create a structured framework through which samples can be identified and data collected for the study. This method is used in surveying، characterizing and analyzing all the press frameworks presented by the Alqataria newspaper represents in Alsharq، and Al Alittihad in The United Arab Emirates، and Alayam in Bahrain، and Alqabas in Kuwait، and Al-watan in Sultanate of Oman، and al-jazirah in Kingdom Saudi Arabia – from 1st August 2015 to 31st Dec 2020.
The study found that Al-Watan newspaper came on top of the newspapers under study in terms of interest in the Palestinian cause during the study period, followed by Al-Sharq newspaper then Al-Qabas newspaper came in third place, and in the fourth place came Al-Ittihad newspaper. followed by Al-Jazeera newspaper, in fifth place and finally Al-Ayyam
The frameworks of support, military conflict, moral and legal, and the framework of political conflict ranked in the top four between the frameworks used in journalistic treatment,.
The study newspapers relied on the positive trend in their treatment of the Palestinian issue, and “the Israeli occupation’s attacks” and “settlement” came at the top of the central ideas presented by the study newspapers, in addition to the logical appeals taking precedence over the irrational appeals in their treatment of the Palestinian issue..
