يهدف البحث الحالى الى: التحقق من فاعلية برنامج قائم على حل المشكلات لتنمية مهارات إدارة الأزمات لدى موجهات رياض الأطفال وأثره فى التقليل من مقاومة معلمة الروضة للتغيير. وقد تم استخدام المنهج التجريبي والتصميم الشبه تجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة. وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطى رتب درجات الموجهات فى القياس القبلى والبعدي على أداء بعض مهارات إدارة الأزمات لصالح القياس البعدي، ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطى درجات المعلمات فى القياس القبلى والبعدي على مقياس مقاومة التغيير لصالح القياس البعدي

عينة البحث: قد تكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (10) موجهات و(100) معلمة رياض أطفال, وتكونت عينة التحقق من الكفاءة السيكومترية للأدوات من (5) موجهات و(30) معلمة

The current research aims to examine the effectiveness of a problem-solving based program to develop the crisis management skills among kindergarten supervisors and its impact on reducing the kindergarten teacher's resistance to change. The basic study sample consists of (10) supervisors and (100) kindergarten teachers. The sample for checking the psychometric efficiency of instruments consists of (5) supervisors and (30) teachers. The study uses the following tools, 1) a questionnaire of opinions for kindergarten supervisors on the most important training needs related to crisis management skills (prepared by the researcher), 2) a crisis management skills scale for the kindergarten supervisor (prepared by the researcher), 3) a resistance to change scale for the kindergarten teacher (prepared by the researcher), 4) a problem solving-based program for the development of some crisis management skills of kindergarten supervisor (prepared by the researcher). The research adopted the one-group quasi-experimental approach. The results of the research have found a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the supervisors in pre- and post-measurement on the performance of some crisis management skills in favor of post-measurement. There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the teachers in the pre- and post-measurement on the scale of resistance to change in favor of post-measurement.
