تهدف هذه الدراسة في التعرف على دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحقيق الأهداف الإنمائية للدول من خلال تحليل تأثير تطبيق تقنياته على أداء بعض المؤسسات العامة (تحديدا قطاعي: العدالة والصحة كنموذج للقطاع الحكومي)، والتعرف على عوامل ومعوقات استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التخطيط الإستراتيجي وفي توزيع المهام والمسؤوليات في المؤسسات العامة، ودور تطبيق تقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي على أداء العاملين بالمؤسسات العامة وقطاع إدارة الأزمات والكوارث. وأخيرا، تهدف الدراسة إلى وضع مقترحات تساعد في رفع مستوى الأداء في تطبيقات تقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي في المؤسسات العامة. ولتحقيق هذا تم الاطلاع على مجموعة من المراجع، والمصادر، المتعلقة بالدراسة الحالية، وتمت الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والمنهج الإحصائي، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وتم تحليله باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS V. 26)، وكان مجتمع الدراسة مكونا من دراسة لقطاعين عام بمصر، وهما قطاعا: العدالة والصحة، وكانت عينة المبعوثين بالدراسة هم موظفون من العاملين بالقطاع الحكومي، وكان التصميم للإستبانة هو الأنسب لأنه يضمن البيانات التي تم الحصول علىها تعطي إجابات مناسبة لأسئلة البحث. حيث يصف البحث الوصفي الحالة كما يفحص جوانب مثل الرأي والقدرات والسلوك والمعرفة والمعتقدات للأفراد العاملين في المؤسسات الحكومية في مصرومدي تأثير تقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي على أداء بعض المؤسسات العامة بشكل عام.

This study aims to identify the role of artificial intelligence in achieving the development goals of countries by analyzing the impact of applying its techniques on the performance of some public institutions (specifically the sectors: justice and health as a model for the government sector), and identifying the factors and obstacles to the use of artificial intelligence techniques in strategic planning and in the distribution of tasks. Responsibilities in public institutions, and the role of applying artificial intelligence technology on the performance of employees in public institutions and the crisis and disaster management sector. Finally, the study aims to develop proposals that help raise the level of performance in applications of artificial intelligence technology in public institutions. To achieve this, a group of references and sources related to the current study were reviewed, the descriptive analytical method and the statistical method were used, and the questionnaire was used as the main tool for collecting data, and it was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS V. 26), and the study population was composed of From a study of two public sectors in Egypt: justice and health. The sample of the study delegates were government sector employees, and the design of the questionnaire was the most appropriate because it ensures that the data obtained gives appropriate answers to the research questions. The descriptive research describes the situation and examines aspects such as the opinion, capabilities, behaviour, knowledge and beliefs of individuals working in government institutions in Egypt and the extent of the impact of artificial intelligence technology on the performance of some public institutions in general.
