هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على متطلبات الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري رياض الأطفال وعلاقته بتحقيق الميزة التنافسية، واستخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت من محورين: محور الإبداع الإداري، ومحور الميزة التنافسية (إعداد الباحثة)، وتكونت عينة البحث الحالي من 60 مديرة رياض أطفال، واستعانت الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمناسبته لطبيعتها، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإبداع الإداري مرتبط إيجابيًّا بالميزة التنافسية، حيث يرفع من شأن الروضة ويجعلها في مصاف الروضات المتطورة التي تساير كل ما هو مستحدث في المجال الإداري.

The current study aimed to identify the administrative creativity requirements of kindergarten principals and its relation to achieve competitive advantage. The researcher used the following tools: Administrative Creativity Questionnaire (Prepared by the researcher), Competitive Advantage Questionnaire (Prepared by the researcher). The sample of the current research consisted of 60 kindergarten principals, and the study used the Descriptive Analytical Approach, because it suits its nature. The study tools were a questionnaire with two axes; the first is Administrative Creativity and the second is Competitive Advantage. The study concluded that Administrative Creativity is positively linked to Competitive Advantage, as it raises the status of the kindergarten and places it in the ranks of advanced kindergartens that keep pace with everything updated in the administrative field.
