هدفت الدراسة التعرف على متطلبات الإبداع الإداري في التعليم العام بدولة الكويت بعد جائحة كورونا على اعتبار أن القيادة المدرسية تنطلق من التفاعل بين مدير المدرسة والعاملين على نحو يساعد المؤسسة التعليمية في حل مشكلاتها وتحقيق أهدافها وقبول التحدي في عالم يقوم على التميز والمنافسة ويتحقق من خلال معرفة الإطار الفكري للإبداع الإداري في ضوء الفكر الإداري المعاصر من خلال الإطلاع على مفهوم الإبداع الإداري وخصائصه وتطبيقاته والتعرف على أفضل الممارسات العالمية للإبداع الإداري لمواجهة أزمة التعليم أثناء جائحة كورونا وكذلك الكشف عن واقع الإبداع الإداري في مدارس التعليم العام بدولة الكويت عن طريق إجراء الدراسة الميدانية وتطبيق أدوات الدراسة ووضع رؤية مقترحة لمتطلبات الإبداع الإداري بالتعليم العام بدولة الكويت بعد جائحة كورنا، ولكي تحقق الدراسة أهدافها وتجيب عن أسئلتها البحثية استخدمت المنهج الاستشرافي حيث تقدم عملية الاستشراف تعمل على تزويد المؤسسات بالقدرة على استكشاف المستقبل والاستعداد له باستمرار من أجل التنقل والتكيف وتشكيل المستقبل ويأخذ المنهج الاستشرافي المستقبل على أنه سبب للحاضر فيأخذ المنهج الاستشرافي والحاضر كعملية مستمرة تخدم المستقبل، ويتم تطبيقه الاستبانة على مديري المدارس ومساعديهم ورؤساء الأقسام وبعض المعلمين والأخصائيين والجهاز الإداري بالمناطق التعليمية بدولة الكويت لمعرفة متطلبات الإبداع الإداري بالتعليم العام بدولة الكويت، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها ضعف تقديم الحوافز (المادية والمعنوية) لأصحاب الأفكار الإبداعية وقلة تدريب المعلمين على أساليب التفكير الإبداعي وضعف توصيف وظائف العاملين بالشكل الذي يحقق دافعية أكبر للإبداع.

The Requirements of Administrative Creativity in Public Education in the State of Kuwait, a post-Corona Vision
The study aimed to identify the requirements for administrative creativity in public education in the State of Kuwait after the Corona pandemic, given that school leadership stems from the interaction between the school principal and employees in a way that helps the educational institution solve its problems, achieve its goals, and accept the challenge in a world based on excellence and competition, which is achieved through knowledge of the framework. Intellectual Administrative Creativity in Light of Contemporary Administrative Thought by reviewing the concept of administrative creativity, its characteristics and applications, learning about the best global practices for administrative creativity to confront the education crisis during the Corona pandemic, as well as revealing the reality of administrative creativity in public education schools in the State of Kuwait by conducting a field study and applying study tools. And setting a proposed vision for the requirements for administrative creativity in public education in the State of Kuwait after the Corona pandemic. In order for the study to achieve its objectives and answer its research questions, it used the forward-looking approach, as it provides the forward-looking process that works to provide institutions with the ability to constantly explore the future and prepare for it in order to move, adapt, and shape the future. The forward-looking approach takes the future. However, as a reason for the present, it takes the forward-looking and present approach as a continuous process that serves the future, and the questionnaire is applied to school principals, their assistants, department heads, some teachers, specialists, and the administrative staff in educational regions in the State of Kuwait to find out the requirements for administrative creativity in public education in the State of Kuwait. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the weakness of providing Incentives (material and moral) for those with creative ideas, lack of training for teachers in creative thinking methods, and weak job descriptions for employees in a way that achieves greater motivation for creativity.
