It defines eight primary criteria and twenty-five measuring indicators, utilizing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for quantitative assessment. A field case study ensures practical applicability. The proposed methodology empowers residents to objectively compare and assess residential options based on quality and price. Additionally, it can aid housing and residential performance improvement efforts. Objectives include constructing a Conceptual Model, refining it through stakeholder feedback, conducting quantitative evaluations, developing a practical evaluation model, and validating its effectiveness through a case study.
