تناول البحث تأثير تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة علي الأداء العاملين بالمؤسسات الطباعية - بعينة دراسة متمثلة في (مطابع الشرطة المصرية) تسعي الدراسة إلي معرفة واقع تطبيق بعض مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات الصناعية وخصوصا مجال الطباعية ، للتعرف علي مقاييس الأداء المتبعة ، تمثلت اشكالية الدراسة في أن يكون هناك علاقة واثر بين مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة والأداء ,حيث انه من مبادئ وأهداف الجودة الشاملة هو رفع مستوي الأداء الوظيفي , لذلك لابد من التأكد من وجود مثل هذه العلاقة في المؤسسات الطباعية, وبعد دراسة حالة ميدانية.ظهرت للباحث الإشكالية الأساسية وهي أن الجودة الشاملة لا تستخدم كإستراتيجية من الإستراتيجيات التي تستخدم في تحسين الجودة ورفع معدلات الإنتاج.تهدف إلى الدراسة الميدانية لمتغيرات اشكالية الدراسة من أجل إختبار الفرضيات حيث تتكون عينة الدراسة من العاملين بلمطابع التجارية (رئيس قسم مهندس, مهندس, رئيس قسم, فني , فني مساعد, موظف اداري ) حيث تم توزيع عدد (60) إستبانة علي عينة الدراسة وتم إسترداد (50) إستبانة أي مانسبته (83.0%).وتم صياغة فرضية رئسية للدراسة وهي وجود علاقة طردية بين تطبيق مبادئ الجودة الشاملة وادا العاملين ، تتفرع منها أربع فرضيات وهي وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق مبادئ الجودة الشاملة دعم الادارة للتحسين والتطوير, الرضا الوظيفي , خطط الجودة علي اداء العاملين.( ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم تصميم إستبانة مكونة من (20) سؤال داخل المؤسسة محل البحث وتوزيعها علي المستقصي منهم.وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود إهتمام كبير من قبل ادارة المؤسسة محل الدراسة بمبادئ الجودة الشاملة وتطبيق هذه المتغيرات بدرجات ومستويات إيجابية متفاوتة كما توصلت الدراسة أيضا لي وجود إهتمام من قبل هذه المؤسسة بالأداء والعمل علي تحسين وتطوير هذه المتغيرات بمستويات متفاوتة . كما أثبتت الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين جميع متغيرات مبادئ الجودة الشاملة التي إعتمدها الباحث في الدراسة علي اداء العاملين

The research dealt with the impact of applying total quality management on the performance of workers in printing establishments - with a study sample represented by (Egyptian Police Printing Press). The study seeks to know the reality of applying some principles of total quality management in industrial establishments, especially the field of printing, to identify the performance standards followed.The problem of the study was that there is a relationship and impact between the principles of total quality management and performance, as one of the principles and goals of total quality is to raise the level of job performance. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the existence of such a relationship in printing institutions, and after a field case study. The problem appeared to the researcher. The basic principle is that total quality is not used as a strategy used to improve quality and raise production rates.It aims to field study the variables of the study problem in order to test the hypotheses. The study sample consists of workers in commercial printing presses (department head engineer, engineer, department head, technician, assistant technician, administrative employee). A number of (60) questionnaires were distributed to the study sample and were retrieved. (50) Questionnaires, i.e. (83.0%).A main hypothesis was formulated for the study, which is the existence of a direct relationship between the application of the principles of comprehensive quality and the performance of employees, from which four hypotheses branch out, namely the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the application of the principles of comprehensive quality, management support for improvement and development, job satisfaction, and quality plans on employee performance. (In order to achieve the objectives of this For the study, a questionnaire consisting of (20) questions was designed within the institution under research and distributed to the respondents. The study found that there is great interest by the management of the institution under study in the principles of comprehensive quality and the application of these variables to varying positive degrees and levels. The study also found that there is interest on the part of this institution in performance and working to improve and develop these variables at varying levels. The study also demonstrated the existence of a direct, statistically significant relationship between all variables of the principles of comprehensive quality that the researcher adopted in the study on the performance of employees.
The study concluded several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to increase the organization’s interest in applying all dimensions of comprehensive quality effectively to the performance of workers in commercial printing presses.
