Background: The RIGIDFIX® Curve Cross Pin System is designed
specifically for use with the anteromedial (AM) portal approach to
achieve a more anatomic soft tissue anterior cruciate ligament
reconstruction. The RIGIDFIX Curve System enables accurate
placement of two cross pins in more horizontal femoral tunnels that
are typical of the AM portal approach. The cross pins provide rigid
fixation that is close to the joint line to minimize intraruminal graft
micromotion that may cause tunnel widening.1 The two cross pins
compress the graft to the tunnel wall, providing 360° of graft-to
bone interface. The design of the RIGIDFIX Curve System is based
on the original RIGIDFIX Cross Pin System, which has been used
successfully worldwide for ACL reconstruction for more than 15
years.
Objective: to report the clinical and functional outcomes of Hamstring graft
ACL reconstruction fixed with femoral curved Rigid-fix from
medial to lateral and tibial biodegradable screw
Methods: Thirty patients with primary acute ACL insufficiency who met the
inclusion criteria underwent arthroscopically anatomic single bundle
ACL reconstruction with double biodegradable cross pin by rigid fix
curve from medial to lateral side all patients were followed
prospectively for a minimum one year, and all patients underwent
for pre operative assessment of:
Primary outcomes:
 Lysholm scoring. to evaluate outcomes of knee ligament after surgery.
The Lysholm Knee Scale is an 8-item questionnaire scored on a 0–100
weighted scale measuring pain (25 points), instability (25 points),
locking (15 points), swelling (10 points), limp (5 points), stair
climbing (10 points), squatting (5 points) and use of support (5 points).
Secondary outcome parameters:
 By Time needed for full weight bearing, returned to sport or previous activity
Results: the main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of double bio
degradable screw in acl reconstruction using curved rigid fix technique in
athlete patient for early return to sport and strong of graft
Conclusion:
The RIGIDFIX Curve System offers clinical benefits that surgeons want:
 Anatomic ACL reconstruction through the anteromedial portal
 Close-to-aperture fixation to minimize intratunnel graft micromotion1
 Strong, rigid fixation averaging 896N pull-out strength2
 Compression fit from two cross-pins enhances graft-to-bone contact
 360° of graft-to-bone interface
 Graft fills the entire femoral socket
 Accurate pin placement in anatomic, horizontal femoral tunnels
 Easy-to-use, reliable, reproducible Aand Easily revisable.

المقدمة:
في الفترة ما بين شهر مارس 2016 الى شهر سبتمبر 2021 تم إجراء دراسة إكلينيكيه تحليليه لعدد ثلاثون مريضا كانوا يعانون من قطع بالرابط الصليبي الأمامي للركبة خضعوا الى إعادة بناء للرباط الصليبي الأمامي عن طريق الفتحة الأمامية الأنسية باستخدام مسامير ذاتيه الذوبان مدخلها انثى باستخدام جهاز المنحنى الثابت وتم دراسة المرضى في خلال عام من بعد الجراحة.
هدف البحث:
إعادة بناء الرابط الصليبي الأمامي باستخدام طريقه التثبيت الأنثى في عظمه الفخذ والوصول الى أكبر قدر من ثبات الرقعة ولضمان العودة لممارسه الرياضة بقوه.
خطة البحث:
تم اختيار المرضى بناء على المعايير الأتية: -
• كلهم من الشباب الرياضيين وعمرهم من العشرون حتى الأربعون عاما.
• حالات الرابط الصليبي الأمامي فقط.
• حالات وجود او عدم وجود قطع بالغضاريف.
• سلامه الأوتار الجانبية والخلفية للركبة.
• عدم وجود تشوهات بزوايا العظام تحتاج الى تصحيح بتدخل جراحي.
• عدم وجود خشونة بسطح مفصل الركبة.
• وتم عمل تقييم للحالات إكلينيكيا بعد الجراحة باستخدام مقياس.

نتائج البحث:
تعتبر هذه الدراسة الأولى ولا يوجد لها دراسات مشابهه في مواقع البحث الإليكترونية وتوصلت الى هذه الطريقة بالفعل الى أنها طريقه ممتازة وتضمن عودة اللاعبين بسرعه الى الرياضة عن طريق ثبات رقعه الرباط الصليبي داخل النفق بعضمه الفخذ وذلك بعد عمل الدراسات التحليلية لعدد ثلاثون مريضا تمت عليهم هذه الدراسة.
التوصيات:
استنادا الى هذا البحث يوصى باستخدام طريقه التثبيت الانسى بمسامير ذاتيه الذوبان عن طريق الفتحة الأمامية الأنسية وباستخدام جهاز المنحنى الثابت في إعادة بناء الرباط الصليبي الأمامي لمن هم في عمر العشرون الى الاربعون عاما من الرياضيين خاصه الفخذ ولما لذة الطريقة من نتائج إيجابية ومضاعفات اقل على حياة المريض.
