جاء البحث في بابين و(8) ثمانية فصول، تسبقهما المقدمة والتمهيد، وتعقبهما الخاتمة والفهارس، وقد استهدف البحث معالجة المستعربين المعاصرين في القرن الحالي لموضوعات تاريخ النحو العربي والنظرية النحوية العربية؛ وذلك لسد الفجوة بين الدرس العربي والدرس الاستعرابي في تلك الفترة الزمنية المدروسة؛ حيث كشف البحث عن الجهد الاستعرابي الكبير في تناول غالب الموضوعات والقضايا والمسائل النحوية بالمعنى العام للنحو العربي، كما رصد البحث المناهج النظرية والآليات التطبيقية التي استخدمها مستعربو القرن الحالي في دراسة النحو العربي، وقد تبين من خلال عرض هذه الجهود المتنوعة ما أسهم به مستعربو القرن الحالي في دراسة النحو العربي وما أضافوه من إضافات، ولم يسلم تناول المستعربين من بعض الإشكاليات والانتقادات التي ناقشها البحث، ورأى أنها مبنية في غالبها على فهم خاطئ أو نقص في توافر المعلومات الأساسية أو تطبيق لمنهجيات بحثية غير ملائمة، وهو ما ينفي شبهة عدم الحيادية في غالب الدراسات الاستعرابية المعاصرة، ويحث على الاستفادة من نتائجها العلمية الدقيقة على المستويين النظري والتطبيقي.

This research is divided into two parts and eight chapters, preceded by an introduction and preface, and followed by a conclusion and indexes. The research aims to address contemporary Arabists in the current century focusing on topics of the Arabic grammar history, including: foundational approaches, scientific contributions, grammatical schools, chronological stages through the chapters of the first Part, and their treatment of the topics of the Arabic grammatical theory, including: external influences, intellectual transformations, theoretical determinants and scientific terminology. Regarding the research problem, the research attempted to bridge the gap between the Arabic study and the Arabist study during that time. The research revealed the significant effort in Arabization in addressing most topics and issues within the general sense of Arabic grammar. It also examined the theoretical approaches and applied mechanisms that the contemporary Arabists used in studying Arabic grammar. Through the presentation of these various efforts, it was revealed what the contemporary Arabists have made to the study of Arabic grammar and the additions they have introduced. The Arabists criticized some problems and treatment by Arabic grammarians, and the research found that these critiques were mostly based on misunderstandings , lack of availability of basic information, or the application of inappropriate research methodologies. This challenges the suspicion of bias in most cases and encourages us to benefit from
