Dissertation note: Thesis (PH.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty Of Science - Department Of Organic Chemistry Summary: This work has been carried out to investigate some new quinazoline derivatives incorporated into another heterocyclic moieties like thiazolidine , pyrazoline , isoxazoline , pyrimidine and pyridine hoping to obtain more active and less toxic compoundsThe structures of all compounds were confirmed and established by chemical and spectroscopic methodsSome of the new compounds were tested against Gram - ve and Gram+ve bacteria , yeast and fungi and some compounds tested as antiinflammatory agentsAlso , we study the effect of some compounds as anticancer agents
