Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Veterinary Medicine - Department of Microbiology Summary: In this work 106 isolates were identified as S. aureus with an incidece of 19.13 percent from the tested mastitic milk samples.RPLA results showed high incidence of type C enterotoxin followed by type A and the B with an inidence of 34(32.1percent) , 19(17.9percent)and 15(14.2percent)respectively
