Patato plants showing symptoms of stem rot (whit mould) were collected from different areas in different governorates. Isolation trials resulted in 4 S. sclerotiorum isolates. The highest frequent S. sclerotiorum was isolated from Dina farm (pivot). Pathogenicity test with 4 S. sclerotiorum isolates from potato was carried out on four different potato cvs using the mycelial plug technique
