This work has been carried out to evaluate the immunogenicity and protective efficacy of immunization with DNA cocktail vaccine against S mansoni infection The DNA the mean number of eggs / gm hepatic and intestinal tissues , respectively Intramuscular injections of the DNA cocktail vaccine successfully induced IgG antibody response There was an increase in the expression Significant reduction in granuloma diameter and count was recorded in the DNA cocktail vaccinated group The percentage of degenerated ova was increased significantly in the DNA cocktail vaccinated group compared to the control groups
