The present study was performed to investigate some of the biochemical changes induced by ischaemia reperfusion ( I / R ) injury in normal and STZ-diabetic rat brain it was also extended to explore the role of some antioxidants as green tea extract ( GTE ) and coenzyme Q10 ( CoQ10 ) in ameliorating the adverse effects of I / R injury in diabetic rat brain
