River Nile an important natural fortune for Egypt. Atotal of 375 represenataive water samples from 3 different sites were collected from Helwan Giza ad Rod Elfarag drinking water treatment plants in the great Cairo city. Water samples representing raw water of river Nile treated water and rhe tap water from the distributions network were subjected to chemical and microbiological analyses
