Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Pharmacy - Department of Pharmaceutics
This thesis deals with designing new transdermal formulation for tenoxicam characterized by safety and high therapeutic efficacy. This would be achieved via utilizing proniosomes and lyotropic liquid crystals as new transdermal systems. In addition, the effect of newly developed penetration enhancers on the permeation of tenoxicam across the skin is also considered
