The aim of this study was to determine the possible effect of XRCC1 gene polymorphisms 194 Arg to Trp and 399 Arg to Gln on the risk of development of acute myeloid leukemia in a group of Egyptian patients using PCR-RFLP technique and to evaluate the association between these polymorphisms and disease outcome
