Unexplained RM accounts for about 50% of the cases of recurrent miscarriage. The study examined the correlation and prevalence of TNF-a and ACA in Egyptain women with history of unexplained recurrent miscarriage. There was an association between the presnce of ACA and unexplained RM,and a highly significant positive correlation between the number of previous miscarriages
